Those products are the interface of many electronic components of the assembled unit. For this reason, and due to the high voltage presence, the product specific requirements are very tight in terms of dimensional tolerances, residual particles contamination, surface finishing, porosities and leakage proof. The traceability concept is also very important so that, thanks to a double marking system, it is possible to identify the parts one by one, even if already mounted in the car, and know exactly the manufacturing date and batch of every process phase. Finally, due to the cure needed for those prodicts, specific equipment has been constructed for internal part flow such as dedicated washing basket, control gauges, assembly lines and dedicated trolley for internal handling
